    Freedom Farmer's Market will join the Festival for a third year.   • Children and Youth

    Arts and Crafts will be sponsored by Health Through Arts and will be staffed by Patanisha Williams. There will be storytelling on the main stage. Youth stage performers include Dance-A-Vision and Sister's Keeper (photo). All Festival performances are family-friendly.
